Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Sell to walk-in clients on the store floor, guiding them from browsing to purchase
  
• Respond to enquiries and direct messages on Instagram and other channels, and convert them into confirmed sales
  
• Follow up with clients who enquired online or visited without buying, and bring them back
  
• Build and maintain a client list, driving repeat purchases through consistent follow-up
  
• Develop strong product knowledge, including origins and the stories behind each piece, and use it to sell
  
• Support the store's online visibility through product and store content
  
• Maintain the presentation and experiential standard of the store
  
• Record all enquiries, follow-ups, and sales accurately on the CRM and report on them
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in any discipline
  Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales role
• Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into sales
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Working knowledge of Instagram and basic content creation
  
• Interest in luxury, culture, travel, or lifestyle brands
  
• Presentable and professional, in keeping with a refined retail environment
  
• Available to work Monday to Saturday, on-site in Victoria Island

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 (Net) plus commission on sales
