Kenkeputa is seeking a young, high-velocity Growth Product Manager to lead and scale the growth engines across our consumer and business apps (e.g., Vendorizeme, TheMove, Azar). This role is perfect for someone young, technical, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Core Product Management:

  • Identify user needs and translate them into clear product specs and user stories
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning features with company OKRs
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and internal feedback loops
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time
  • Manage backlog grooming, QA/UAT, and release cycles
  • Define and track product KPIs (e.g., NPS, churn, usage frequency)

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Design A/B tests and rapid experiments across onboarding, pricing, upsells, and messaging
  • Implement PLG (Product-Led Growth) tactics and self-serve funnels
  • Optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization flows
  • Manage API or co-marketing partnerships that unlock new acquisition channels
  • Build dashboards (Mixpanel, GA4, SQL) and report insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing on referral programs, lifecycle campaigns, and lead conversion

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate across teams (Dev, Design, Marketing, and Ops) to ship features end-to-end.
  • Lead product demos, sprint reviews, and roadmap syncs with stakeholders.
  • Champion customer feedback in all phases of the product lifecycle


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Strategy, ideally in tech or startups
  • Demonstrated success launching or improving products with measurable impact (e.g., ≥10% metric uplift)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, agile/scrum practices, and project management
  • Comfortable with SQL, analytics dashboards (Mixpanel, Amplitude, and GA4), and API documentation.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Business acumen and problem-solving mindset, thinks like a founder, executes like a PM
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Notion, or similar
  • Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian tech ecosystem, mobile users, and payments
  • Side projects, startup ideas, or leadership in youth tech initiatives
  • Experience working with remote or cross-continental teams
