Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product display.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to improve business performance.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in a supermarket or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos State.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
