VACANCY: RETAIL GROWTH & DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and market-oriented professional to take ownership of our retail and wholesale distribution growth.
The core objective of this role is to scale our Local Purchase Orders (LPO) to 1,000 bags monthly within 3–4 months, by building strong distribution channels, closing bulk deals, and driving consistent market expansion.
This is not a routine role — it is a performance-driven position for individuals who can deliver measurable sales growth and strategic market insights.
Key Responsibilities1. LPO Growth & Sales Execution
- Drive aggressive sales to achieve monthly LPO targets
- Build and close retail and wholesale deals
- Develop consistent offtake channels
2. Market Expansion (Field Work – 3 Days Weekly)
- Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers
- Expand market reach and penetration
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners
3. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work directly with the Retail Officer to improve sales output
- Set weekly targets and ensure execution
- Convert operational activities into measurable revenue
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends
- Provide strategic recommendations to management
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
5. Sales System Development
- Build and implement structured sales processes
- Improve lead generation, conversion, and retention systems
6. Reporting & Accountability
- Submit weekly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights and updates on progress
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Primary KPI (Non-Negotiable)
- Month 1: Minimum 100 bags
- Month 2: Minimum 150 bags
- Month 3: Minimum 200–250 bags
- Month 4: Sustain 150+ bags monthly average
- Long-Term Goal: Scale towards 1,000 bags monthly
Secondary KPIs
- 5–10 new distributors/retail outlets monthly
- 2–5 bulk (wholesale) deals monthly
- Minimum 30% sales conversion rate
- Weekly market intelligence reports
- Measurable productivity improvement from Retail Officer
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or market development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Deep understanding of retail and wholesale channels
- Ability to work independently and in the field
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting ability
- Results-oriented with high accountability
Work Structure
- 2 Days Office: Strategy, planning, reporting
- 3 Days Field: Market visits, deal closing, partner onboarding
