Retail Floor Supervisor (Electronics)

We are currently recruiting for the position of Retail Floor Supervisor (Electronics) for a structured and fast-paced retail environment located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are seeking an experienced retail professional with strong supervisory capabilities and proven hands-on experience within the electronics retail space. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively coordinate floor operations, supervise sales personnel, maintain operational standards, and drive excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the electronics sales floor
• Ensure proper merchandising, product arrangement, and inventory control
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and overall floor performance
• Support sales growth and ensure achievement of operational targets
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace discipline

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years proven retail supervisory experience
• Prior experience within the electronics retail sector is highly required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to effectively manage operations within a fast-paced retail environment
• Minimum qualification: OND/HND/BSc or its equivalent
