The Retail Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. This role is key in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product displays, and store layout as per brand guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and conduct inventory checks.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for billing and returns.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store at all times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Support in training new retail staff if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (OND may be considered with experience).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
