Retail Associate

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Retail Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting retail operations and inventory management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience that reflects the brand’s identity
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing at all times
• Stay knowledgeable about current collections, new arrivals, and product details
• Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS and ERP systems
• Utilize Odoo ERP system for sales tracking, inventory updates, and reporting
• Receive, inspect, and manage incoming stock and shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Support order fulfillment, including in-store and online orders
• Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and Operations team
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer service
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is required
• Strong sales acumen with a passion for fashion and styling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and retail systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

SALARY RANGE

₦300,000 – ₦350,000 (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
