Job Description/Requirements
- Preparing and cooking local and continental dishes to high standards
- Ensuring food is cooked hygienically and served promptly
- Assisting in planning daily menus and portion control
- Managing kitchen supplies and ingredients efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Working closely with other kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
- Proven experience working as a cook or kitchen assistant
- Ability to prepare a variety of local dishes (knowledge of continental dishes is a plus)
- Must be neat, organized, and punctual
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Must reside within or around Asero or Adigbe, Abeokuta
