Are you an experienced *Restaurant Manager* with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams? Our client is seeking a *results-driven professional* to oversee its daily operations and drive growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service delivery
2. Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance
3. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally
4. Monitor inventory, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
5. Manage staff schedules, performance, and operational efficiency
6. Drive sales while maintaining cost control and profitability
*Requirements:*
1. Proven experience managing a restaurant, café, or hospitality business
2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Must be based in Life camp, Abuja or environs
6. Prior experience working as a restaurant manager is an added advantage.
