We’re seeking a results‑driven Restaurant / Lounge Manager to run the daily operations of a vibrant dining‑and‑lounge venue.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a high‑performing team (servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff).
- Guarantee 100 % guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and personalized service.
- Coordinate special events, private bookings, and promotions to enhance footfall.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, fire, and licensing regulations.
- Meet budgeted sales targets.
- Implement upselling strategies and menu engineering for higher profitability.
- Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly P&L statements.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, social‑media content, and loyalty programs.
- Build relationships with local influencers, businesses, and community groups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
