Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and networking infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security
- Handle network configuration, IP addressing, VLANs, and routing
- Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and hardware issues
- Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades
- Provide technical support to office staff for network-related issues
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related requirements
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
