Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Flight Reservation: Book domestic and international flights using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo)
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing flight options, fares, and travel advice
- Itinerary Management: Prepare and issue itineraries, manage changes, cancellations, and rebooking.
- Fare Management: Search for best fares and ensure accuracy in pricing.
- Visa & Travel Support: Advise clients on visa requirements, baggage policies, and travel restrictions
- Sales Support: Upsell tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel insurance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Reservation Officer in a travel agency
- Proficiency in all GDS - Amadeus and Galileo (compulsory)
- Good knowledge of domestic & international airline routes and fare rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
- Must be based in Lagos and able to resume immediately.
