Role Summary
We are hiring on behalf of our partner company.
We are seeking highly analytical and results-driven Research Executives WITH Project Management experience and relevant certifications to support research activities, manage projects efficiently, and deliver actionable insights for business growth and decision-making.
We are looking for professionals who are highly responsive and proactive in their communication.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating research projects, analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a research company, either locally or internationally, with a strong understanding of research processes, client management, and project delivery standards.
Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across various industries and markets.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries for management and clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Project Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage research projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, work plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project deliverables and provide regular status updates.
Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate research databases and documentation.
• Ensure proper organization and confidentiality of research data and reports.
• Prepare periodic project and performance reports.
Clients & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Support client communication and engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions when required.
• Assist in preparing proposals, research briefs, and project documentation.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to research methodologies, company standards, and project management best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve research and operational processes for greater efficiency.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Research, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in research, project coordination, or project management roles.
• Must have previous work experience in a research company or consultingfirm (local or international).
• Professional certifications in Project Management
(PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Scrum, or related certifications) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
Must Haves
• Experience in market research or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of research tools and survey platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Work Environment & Compensation
- ₦250,000 start (to be increased to ₦300,000 after probation) + targeted bonuses.
