Job Title: (Remote) – Virtual Assistant – nogigigdy
(Remote) – Virtual Assistant – $18.00 – $21.00/hour*

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Manage executive appointments and calendar.
• Organize and manage emails.
• Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Develop and implement structures, workflows, and processes.
• Research technologies and provide recommendations.
• Maintain CRM with updates and data entry.
• Arrange travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
• Assist with project coordination.
• Plan and coordinate events.
• Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed.
  

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability Monday to Friday during business hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Experience in an administrative support role.
• Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam), at least 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Smartphone with email capabilities.
• Dedicated, quiet workspace.
  

Additional Information

• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• Virtual Assistant pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour based on experience and skillset. Contractors receive a fixed monthly payment based on contracted hours. Hours and clients are not guaranteed.
