Job Location: Remote Salary: $10/hr
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a hungry, independent, and coachable cold caller who thrives on challenges to help us grow our business through cold calling. Your role will be crucial in generating prospects and scheduling discovery calls and demos for qualified leads.
You must excel at outbound outreach and building relationships. This position will start as a contract-to-hire with a trial period to assess mutual fit. The trial period can be full-time or part-time based on your availability.
Tasks and Responsibilities

• Cold call prospects and leads provided by the Growth Team
• Utilize scripts to deliver information about product features, pricing, and benefits
• Persuade prospects to sign up as paid consultants for Panoptyc by highlighting how their skills and experience align with our business needs
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM with relevant information
  

Required Skills And Attributes

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales or customer service role
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas, preferably through phone-based sales
• Proficiency with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong negotiation and complaint resolution abilities
• Persistent and results-oriented
• 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or cold calling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Clear American English accent
  

Job Details

• Initial part-time position with potential for full-time conversion based on performance
• Ability to work during US Eastern Time Zone
• Remote position
• Hourly rate of $5-$10, depending on experience and qualifications
