The role involves managing customer communications, coordinating cleaning teams across UK, maintaining service quality, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Coordinate cleaner schedules and job assignments using our booking system
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, and re-clean requests professionally
- Monitor bookings and ensure all jobs are properly completed
- Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support recruitment and onboarding of cleaning staff
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
- Work closely with UK management to improve service delivery
- Ensure high standards of customer experience at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, logistics, or administration
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Teams, Excel, email, and CRM systems)
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- Must be available to work UK business hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
