The role involves managing customer communications, coordinating cleaning teams across UK, maintaining service quality, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Coordinate cleaner schedules and job assignments using our booking system
  • Handle customer complaints, service issues, and re-clean requests professionally
  • Monitor bookings and ensure all jobs are properly completed
  • Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of cleaning staff
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports
  • Work closely with UK management to improve service delivery
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience at all times


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, logistics, or administration
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Teams, Excel, email, and CRM systems)
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
  • Must be available to work UK business hours
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Preferred Requirements:

  • Call centre or customer service management
  • Virtual operations or remote coordination roles
  • Experience working with UK, US, or international clients
  • Scheduling or logistics coordination
  • Recruitment or team coordination experience
