Post and Pick is seeking motivated, result-oriented, and resourceful Marketing & User Acquisition Officers to help expand our platform across Nigeria. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit drivers and customers to download and register on the Post and Pick app.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to grow the platform within your state.
- Identify and engage potential drivers through transport communities, driver networks, social media, and direct outreach.
- Attract customers through online campaigns, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.
- Guide prospective users through the app registration process to ensure registrations are completed successfully.
- Meet assigned monthly recruitment targets for drivers and customers.
- Use assigned referral codes or submit the required onboarding details for recruitment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of recruited drivers and customers.
- Submit regular reports on recruitment activities, performance, and market feedback.
- Represent Post and Pick professionally and help strengthen the company's brand reputation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE
- A fast learner
- Good communication skills
