Job summary
This remote Growth Specialist (Community & User Acquisition) role focuses on scaling a community video platform through strategic user acquisition. You will identify and onboard real individuals, guiding them to register and share their first video requests. With full creative autonomy, you’ll use any outreach method to convert prospects into active community members. As a Growth Specialist, your primary objective is User Acquisition and Content Generation. We don't just want "sign-ups"—we want active participants. You will be responsible for finding real people, onboarding them to the platform, and ensuring they post short video requests.

Responsibilities:
- User Onboarding: Identify and reach out to individuals who would benefit from community support.
- Content Seeding: Ensure a steady flow of high-quality video requests on the platform.
- Community Growth: Use your own creative strategies (social media, direct outreach, community groups, etc.) to drive registrations.
- Performance Tracking: Meet a minimum daily target of 15 unique video uploads.
Requirements:
- Result-Oriented: We don’t track your hours; we track your results. How you achieve your targets is up to your creativity and hustle.
- Communication Skills: You must be able to explain the platform’s value to strangers and convince them to participate.
- Reliability: You can consistently deliver at least 15 uploads every single day.
Compensation Structure:
- This is a performance-based role designed for high performers.
- Base Tier: Meeting the minimum requirement of 15 uploads/day earns you ₦70,000/month.
- Growth Tier: Exceeding daily targets consistently allows you to scale your earnings.
- Bonuses: Exceptional growth and high-quality content retention will attract further bonuses.
