We are seeking a disciplined and highly adaptable Relief Officer to ensure our microfinance operations never miss a beat. You will be the "bridge" that maintains service continuity, ensuring our clients are supported even when regular staff are away.
What You’ll Do:
- Operational Continuity: Seamlessly step into various roles to cover leave, transfers, or absences.
- Compliance First: Execute daily transactions and customer service with a 100% focus on internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Maintain impeccable records and ensure all documentation meets audit-ready standards.
- Agility: Adapt quickly to different branch dynamics and local client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Banking, or Business.
- Experience: Prior MFI experience is a major plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with banking software and basic MS Office.
- Character: High integrity is non-negotiable. We need someone dependable who can work with minimal supervision.
