Job summary

We are looking for a Relationship Sales Officer to be responsible for acquiring and driving wealth procurement. The Relationship Sales officer who will be responsible for marketing the organization's Investment services to new and existing clients, building the portfolio of the organization, and managing the organization's clientele.

Responsibilities:

Manage clients' portfolios:

  • Liability generation or Fund mobilization
  • Cultivate customer relationships.
  • Bringing in loan transactions for the organization.
  • Develop wealth marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills and a great understanding of customer relations tactics.
  • Business analyst mindset and numbers-driven.

 

Hit and exceed expected targets:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (individuals, corporates, high-net-worth clients).
  • Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
  • Promote and sell the company’s investment products
  • Provide investment advice and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Educate clients on available products, market trends, and risk factors.
  • Offer post-sale support and resolve client inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvement and strategy refinement.
  • Stay updated on investment regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on client acquisition, sales performance, and portfolio growth.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client transactions and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, management, or any related field.
  • Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Previous experience in marketing and customer relations in the financial services industry.
  • Must be dogged, dedicated, and result-oriented.
  • Female is preferred for this position
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Must be analytical and able to understand complex information.
  • Good appreciation of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
