Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell the organization's loan products to prospective clients
- Build, manage, and grow a profitable loan portfolio
- Identify and acquire new customers through field marketing and referrals
- Conduct client assessments and loan appraisals
- Facilitate loan processing and disbursement
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly portfolio growth and disbursement targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microfinance, Fintech, Cooperative, or Financial Services
- Proven experience in loan portfolio management and loan disbursement
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Experience selling financial or loan products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a field-based environment
