Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abuja for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, providing financial consultation, and creating customized solutions based on client needs. The role also involves meeting sales targets, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills to identify and close business opportunities
- Proficiency in financial products, portfolio management, and market analysis
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to address client concerns promptly
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
