We are seeking a Relationship Manager who understands that strong business is built on strong relationships. This role is critical to how we serve our clients. You will be responsible for owning client relationships end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting clients to achieve successful outcomes on every engagement with Birdview Travels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and align Birdview Travels’ solutions to support their business and travel objectives.
- Proactively monitor service delivery and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular feedback on client performance and expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused, solution-driven, and highly professional.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
