Reports To: Head of Sales / Business Development Manager 

 

Job Summary 

The Business Development Executive (Signage) at P360 Company is responsible for 

driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client 

relationships, and executing sales strategies within the digital signage and out-of-home 

media space. 


Key Responsibilities 

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within signage and media services. 

•Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market research. 

•Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. 

•Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. 

•Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and growth. 

•Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 

•Monitor revenue performance and ensure timely client payments. 

•Track and report sales performance using CRM tools. 

•Analyze market trends and competitor activities. 

•Negotiate contracts and handle client objections professionally. 


Required Competencies 

•Knowledge of business operations and signage/media industry. 

•Strong B2B sales process knowledge. 

•Commercial awareness and business acumen. 

•Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies. 

•Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 

•Client relationship management. 

•Ability to identify and convert business opportunities. 

•Sales performance tracking and reporting. 

•Market and competitive analysis skills. 


Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.​

3–5 years experience in business development, preferably in signage, media, or 

advertising.​

Strong communication and presentation skills.

•Revenue generated 

•Number of new clients acquired 

•Lead conversion rate 

•Client retention rate 

•Sales pipeline growth
