The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and mobilising deposits, creating quality risk assets, and managing a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced banking professional with an existing network of customers and a proven ability to convert prospects into revenue-generating.

Responsibilities:
- Source and mobilize low-cost and stable deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
- Generate and manage risk assets (loans) in line with the bank’s credit policy
- Maintain and grow a profitable client portfolio
- Leverage an existing customer pipeline and network to drive immediate business inflow
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for clients
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and services
- Ensure proper credit appraisal, monitoring, and recovery of loans
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage retention and repeat business
- Meet and exceed assigned deposit and loan targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
