Responsibilities:
- Source, acquire, and onboard new SME clients while building strong relationships to drive portfolio growth and retention.
- Support clients through loan applications, documentation, approval, and disbursement processes.
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments, mitigate risks, and consistently achieve monthly loan disbursement and recovery targets in line with business objectives
Requirements:
Minimum HND
3 years of previous experience in a similar role
Lending
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of credit/lending processes
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset
Client relationship management (SME lending preferred)
