Responsibilities:
- Assist with chronic disease management: hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, etc.
- Support immunization services.
- EMR/ documentation of clinical services and encounter visit.
- Participate in outreach programs.
- Uphold professional ethics and patients’ privacy
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with a valid license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Basic computer literacy.
