Job summary
The Registered Midwife Nurse will provide healthcare for women across their lifespans, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. They act as primary providers to guide and monitor the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of both mother and baby, and also support the hospital in the following functions

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including monitoring their health and well-being.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rates.
- Medical Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatment accurately and on time
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports
- Assisting Doctors: Support Physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Patient Education: Tech patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Wound Care: Clean, dress, and monitor wounds to promote healing and prevent infections.
- Emergency Response: Provide first aid and respond quickly to medical emergencies.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Care Coordination: Communicate with doctors specialist. And other healthcare staff to ensure effective care plans.
- Emotional Support: Offer comfort, empathy, and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Infection Control: Follow hygiene and infection prevention protocol to ensure a safe health care environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
