Regional Sales Supervisor (North Central)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the assigned region.
• Recruit, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
• Conduct regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Grow regional sales volume and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Increase product visibility and availability in both retail and project-based channels.
• Coordinate regional marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and trade activations.
• Establish long-term relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and institutional buyers.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the head office.
• Represent Bluenix Paint as a trusted brand ambassador at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of  3-5 years experience in regional sales, market expansion, or business development (paint or building materials background strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of contacts in the target region.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple states in the assigned region.
• Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and communication (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.).
• Fluency in English and at least one local language of the region is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly.
