We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager (South West) and take ownership of revenue growth within your assigned territories. You will lead and mentor a sales team, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to exceed goals. This includes performance reviews and professional development.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and staying abreast of market trends.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Using CRM is essential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with marketing, product, and other teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Networking: Representing the company at industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship-building skills. CRM proficiency, team management, travel flexibility, and customer focus are musts.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel frequently.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - N600,000 Gross monthly
