- Supervise and coordinate sales representatives within assigned region.
- Implement regional sales strategies and market development plans.
- Drive achievement of sales and coverage targets
- Manage distributor relationships and regional key accounts.
- Conduct field coaching and performance reviews for sales representatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Submit weekly and monthly regional sales reports.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training of field sales personnel.
- B.Sc., B.Pharm or Pharm.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels within the assigned region.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
