Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Execute high-impact marketing campaigns and activations that resonate with the local demographic.
• Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet and exceed agreed business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, retailers, and industry influencers.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance reports to the head office.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly/monthly performance reports, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Real Estate Marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
• Deep understanding of the assigned region’s terrain, culture, commercial hubs, and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and successfully launching market penetration strategies.
• Ability to interpret sales data, market intelligence, and campaign metrics to make informed, agile decisions.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
