Regional Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development - Regional Manager, to support regional operations, drive sales performance, and ensure the effective management of Business Development teams within the region.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded within the region.
- Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
- Support the recruitment and expansion of the Business Developer (BD) workforce by attracting and onboarding quality talent. Coordinate regional meetings, prepare reports, and oversee operational activities within the region.
- Conduct field visits to monitor team performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Support the implementation of regional sales strategies and initiatives.
- Review and analyze regional sales performance and customer repayment trends to ensure a low default rate and prompt repayments. Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Development, or a related role.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a position like Regional Manager, Deputy Regional Manager, or State Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven ability to manage field operations and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
- Experience managing large teams (50+ personnel) is highly desirable. Good sales performance and track record of meeting targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. (Prior experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage)
