- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and providing information about our services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations or a similar role within the security and investigations industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
