Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified domestic staff candidates
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Verify candidate information and work history
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate candidate records and databases
- Communicate professionally with applicants
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment ability
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business
- Professionalism and attention to detail
