Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating labour supply and managing clientele - Support full cycle recruitment process in compliance with established procedures and regulations including but not limited to shortlisting and pre-screening candidates as well as reference checks, and negotiating offers of employment to ensure timely engagement of staff;
- Oversee assignment and utilization of employees and outsourced personnel - Preparing job descriptions, Manpower budgets, organization charts, manpower requisitions and managing the entire recruitment process;
- Mobilize, demobilize, activate, inactivate, establish, discontinue, and reorganize workforce recruitments as required -
- Demonstrate good networking capacity and ability to develop and retain workforce and clientele
- Develop, apply, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for workforce requirement determinations, programming, and allocation
- Drive revenue generation through outsourcing and labour supply - Work hand in hand with the payroll officer in compensation and benefits to ensure salaries and other benefits are paid in time every month;
- Engage organizations for talent needs and provide adequate guidance
- Conducting enquiry into employment market trends and other manpower problems
- Preparing plans for efficient utilization of human resources and achievement of major objectives
- Planning, organizing and conducting surveys for collection of employment data
- Gathering data related to labour availability and utilization
- Identifying manpower shortages and develop a counter strategy
- Resolve problems associated with labour mobility, and retention of workforce.
- Conduct wide-scale recruitment of managerial personnel, technical and low-skilled personnel or white-collar workers to suit organizational demands
- Examining recruitment and employment matters, service conditions, etc.
- Advising on formulation of manpower and human resource policies
- Conduct and participate in manpower-related studies, ensuring that sound management techniques are used at all levels of manpower management
