We are seeking a resourceful Recruitment Executive to manage a 3-month hospitality recruitment project across Uyo and Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will drive candidate sourcing, screen applicants, build local talent networks, and manage candidate pipelines.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sourcing activities for junior, mid-level, and senior hospitality vacancies across Uyo and Eket.
- Source candidates via WhatsApp communities, Facebook job groups, local networks, NYSC channels, and hospitality associations.
- Build and maintain a database of credible sourcing channels and local institutions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening against approved job specifications.
- Coordinate virtual and physical interviews, assessment activities, and walk-in drives.
- Manage candidate communications, interview reminders, and ATS pipeline tracking.
- Maintain an active reserve pool of qualified candidates to manage drop-offs.
- Provide weekly progress reports and track key recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce mobilization, or recruitment operations.
- Must reside in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, with solid knowledge of Uyo, Eket, and surrounding communities.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, guest houses) is required.
- Strong proficiency in ATS, Google Sheets, Excel, and digital candidate sourcing.
