Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality applicants.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000
