We are hiring a proactive, well-experienced, and eloquent Recovery officer who will work in our prestigious company, to follow up with clients on overdue payments through calls, messages, and emails.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments through calls, messages, and emails.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Meet and exceed assigned recovery targets.
- Provide regular reports on recovery progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field.
- Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Benefits:
- NGN 10,000 allowance for the two Sundays worked (if you choose to participate).
- Performance-based bonus: NGN 40,000 – 100,000.
- NGN 2,000 daily overtime pay.
- NGN 2,000 daily commission (based on performance).
Location: Oregun, Ikeja.
Remuneration: NGN 76,000
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Optional 2 Sundays per month (not compulsory).
