Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct repayment follow-ups with clients through approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies on repayment and customer engagement.
- Provide timely reports to the team lead.
- Support overall recovery targets.
Requirements:
- SSCE, ND, HND, or BSc.
- 0–2 years relevant experience (experience in collections is an advantage).Must be computer literate.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Career Growth
- High-performing staff may be considered for promotion to Team Lead after the first performance review.
Location: Alade Market, Ikeja, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Renumeration: NGN 80,000 monthly
