Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, wallets, ledgers, and transaction records.
- Compare internal records with external statements to identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions promptly.
- Maintain accurate reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reconciliation processes.
- Monitor transaction exceptions and follow up on pending items.
- Support audit requests by providing the required reconciliation records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and customer support teams when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in reconciliation, finance, accounting, or operations.
