Job summary
We are seeking to hire a Reconciliation Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions between internal records and third-party platforms (banks, payment processors, etc.).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate reconciliation records and prepare reports for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve reconciliation or settlement issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar reconciliation role, preferably within the FinTech, banking, or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, payment platforms, and transaction flows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/tools.
