Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
