Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Record visitor details and manage access in line with company procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information to clients and direct inquiries to relevant staff
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Support administrative and office management tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
