Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars where necessary.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and office documents.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative and clerical support for various departments.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Support internal communication and ensure efficient information flow within the organization.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
