Job summary
As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with in-store and WhatsApp sales, helping customers find and style the right outfits, and maintaining a clean, engaging store environment. You will work closely with the store manager and support team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers at both Yaba and Ikoyi stores
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide styling suggestions
- Handle WhatsApp and Shopify sales with proper documentation and follow-through
- Operate the POS system and issue receipts/invoices
- Wrap and package customer purchases professionally
- Monitor and restock shelves with new arrivals
- Tag products with correct pricing and SKU
- Keep the shop floor tidy and aesthetically pleasing at all times
- Help manage the fitting room experience and mannequin styling
- Assist with inventory checks and stock deliveries
- Report customer feedback and sales trends to management
- Support with store events, pop-ups, or exhibitions when required
Requirements:
- Minimum OND or HND qualification
- 1+ year experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
- Passion for fashion and styling (especially African fashion)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Honest, polite, and highly dependable
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Available to work on-site between Yaba and Ikoyi stores as assigned
