We’re Hiring: Freelance Property Marketers (3 Positions Available)

📍 Lagos | 💼 Freelance | 💰 Commission-Based

Gloiyk Properties & Investments is expanding, and we are looking to engage three (3) motivated freelance property marketers to join our growing sales network.

🏢 Role Overview

As a Freelance Property Marketer, you will be responsible for marketing our properties and land offerings, sourcing clients, conducting inspections, and supporting deal closures in collaboration with the company.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Market the company’s properties and land offerings
• Source prospective buyers and real estate investors
• Conduct property inspections with clients
• Assist in negotiations where required
• Support sales closure in collaboration with the company

Note: Marketers are not authorized to act beyond marketing and client sourcing unless expressly approved in writing.💰 Compensation Structure

• ₦20,000 one-time logistical stipend (paid after completing 5 verified inspections within the second month)
• 1.5% commission on completed property sales
• 2% commission on completed land sales
• Commission payable only after successful deal closure and full payment

This role is not salaried and carries no employment benefits. Earnings are commission-based.🧾 Engagement Type
