Job summary
We are looking for an experienced real estate sales team lead to manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, hands-on sales experience, and a data-driven mindset to drive performance and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Monitor team performance using sales KPIs and CRM tools
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Coach team members on closing techniques and client engagement
- Analyze sales data and forecast performance
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met
- Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- A minimum of 1–3 years sales experience (real estate is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, CRM tools and sales forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and close deals consistently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Results-oriented with a high-performance mindset
- Must reside within or around the Ikorodu Garage
