Job summary

We are looking for an experienced real estate sales team lead to manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, hands-on sales experience, and a data-driven mindset to drive performance and close deals effectively.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Monitor team performance using sales KPIs and CRM tools
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Coach team members on closing techniques and client engagement
  • Analyze sales data and forecast performance
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met
  • Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • A minimum of 1–3 years sales experience (real estate is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, CRM tools and sales forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and close deals consistently
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented with a high-performance mindset
  • Must reside within or around the Ikorodu Garage
