Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, conducting property inspections, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Promote and market the company’s real estate properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Negotiate sales terms and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
