Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, promoting real estate properties, and successfully closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Market and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on property viewings.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Negotiate property prices and facilitate successful transactions.
- Prepare and present property proposals and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to achieve organizational sales objectives.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
